Just in time for the Autumn cozies, this hands-on cooking class will feature warm and hearty Indian curries. We’ll start the class with warm cups of traditional Indian masala chai and an introduction to the foundations of Indian cooking – spices, ingredient selection, cooking techniques, regional/cultural cuisine, and more.
