After taking a break for the summer, the Homer Folk School is now accepting instructor proposals for classes for our Fall 2017 and Winter and Summer 2018 sessions.
We are most interested on classes in traditional music, arts and crafts, homesteading and wild crafting practices, gardening and animal husbandry, construction with natural materials, wooden boat building, non-electronic navigation, orienteering and wilderness skills.
Our session dates are Fall 2017: October 22 – December 10; Winter 2018: January 26 – April 15; Summer 2017: June 1 – August 12.
